General terms and conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to every customer of Curliosity Curl Bar.

2. Agreements

The client must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If the client arrives at the salon more than 10 minutes late, Curliosity Curl Bar may deduct the lost time from the treatment and still charge the full agreed-upon fee.

Curliosity Curl Bar must notify the customer of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

These obligations will lapse for both parties if they are prevented from fulfilling their obligations due to force majeure. Force majeure includes strikes, as stipulated by law and case law. Strikes are included by Curliosity Curl Bar.

3. Payment

Curliosity Curl Bar prices are listed on the website and social media.

The client must pay the amount in one go after the treatment.

You can pay by card at the salon. If you're paying in cash, please pay the exact amount.

4. Privacy

Before the first treatment, the customer will provide Curliosity Curl Bar with all information that Curliosity Curl Bar indicates is necessary.

Curliosity Curl Bar records the customer's data in salonized and handles this data with care and will not sell or share it with third parties.

5. Liability

Curliosity Curl Bar is NOT liable for any damages of any nature arising from Curliosity Curl Bar's reliance on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client regarding relevant physical conditions, medications, work activities, or leisure activities. Curliosity Curl Bar is also not liable for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the salon by the client.

6. Damage

Curliosity Curl Bar has the right to claim damages from the customer if the customer damages furniture, equipment or products.

Curliosity Curl Bar always reports theft to the police.

7. Haardesign

If the customer shows a sample of a hair design to be applied, this is only an indication. The resulting hair design does not necessarily have to be identical to the sample shown.

8. Law

Dutch law applies to every agreement between Curliosity Curl Bar and the customer.
