QUESTION: According to the calendar, it's not possible to make an appointment for the next three months. Is this correct?


ANSWER:

No, this is incorrect. The calendar for the following month opens on the first of every month at 8:00 PM.


VB: The agenda for February will open on January 1st at 8:00 PM.


Tip: Many things change throughout the month, and spots sometimes become available. So check the website regularly.



QUESTION: Can I cancel my appointment?


ANSWER:

Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.


In case of NO-SHOW we can charge the full amount.


FAQ ABOUT DEPOSIT


QUESTION: Will I get my deposit back?


ANSWER:

If the appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded the same day. The refund usually takes two business days and will be sent to MOLLIE.



QUESTION: I have a foreign bank account and therefore can't pay via iDEAL. What's the best way to schedule an appointment?


ANSWER:

Send an email or WhatsApp with your: first and last name, date/time of the appointment, chosen treatment and your email address.


We will schedule the appointment in the calendar and indicate under which reference you can transfer the 25% deposit.

QUESTION: Is it possible to dye my hair at Curliosity?


ANSWER:

Unfortunately this is not possible.



QUESTION: Do you also cut children's hair?


ANSWER:

We only cut hair from the age of 12 and therefore do not offer a child's price.


Are you and your child already regular customers? Request a haircut appointment by email or WhatsApp.



QUESTION:

I have straight hair, is it possible to cut it into more waves or curls?


ANSWER:

No, this isn't possible. Even with minimal waves, our cutting method might not make much difference. The cutting method we use creates the right shape and doesn't alter the natural curl in any way.


We cannot cut more curls than you already have.



QUESTION: I don't know which treatment is suitable for my hair?


ANSWER:

Contact us via email or WhatsApp. Let us know what you'd like done to your hair and what condition it's in (e.g., damaged from excessive styling). Feel free to include some photos, and we'll recommend the best treatment based on them.


QUESTION: How long does the treatment remain visible?


ANSWER:

All results are achieved through proper styling and product use. The treatments are all natural and, apart from the haircut, don't provide lasting results.


Regarding the treatments, these are mainly nourishing treatments to provide extra care and a boost to the hair or scalp.



FAQ ABOUT CURLTYPES


QUESTION: Which service do I choose for my curl type?


Answer: Curl types vary widely and can never be fully categorized. This often makes it difficult to link a specific service to a specific curl type.


Curl type 2c-3c ranges from wavy to fine curls. This often refers to European to mixed hair.



Curl types 3c-4c range from fine curls to kinky hair. This is often mixed to afro hair.


For type 3c - 4c treatments, extra time is scheduled as standard because people with these curl types often have a higher density (read: an extremely large amount of) hair.
